YOUR BOOTH(S) There will 33 booths this year. We provide:
- a professional booth 8‘ wide x 6’ deep with pipe and drape
- a 6’ x 2.5’ table with chairs and tablecloth
- a sign with your school name
- power, and wireless internet access.
- Some schools will have 2 booths and/or an extra table. Others will need to share space by rotating students/project presentations.

REFRESHMENTS
- Snacks and beverages will be provided for all participants and attendees. Our generous sponsor contributions help pay for these extras.

PARTICIPATION GIFTS
- All participating teachers and students will receive showcase t-shirts.
- 1 Prize per application ( no teacher may receive more than 1 prize) a
certificate will be handed out at the Showcase to collect the gift at 1930 Como Ave.

LOCATIONS/INFO: SHOWCASE, DOCK, GREAT HALL, BOOTHS, EQUIPMENT
- Arlington High School is located at 1493 Rice Street Saint Paul. Turn west off Rice street at Nebraska. A billboard will be there announcing the Showcase.
- You may arrive with equipment after 3 PM on the day of the event. Enter through the loading dock on the north side of the building (turn west off Rice at Hoyt for dock) or through the front doors. Showcase staff (with badges) and/or ROTC students in uniform will be available to assist you.
- A map showing locations of booths within the Great Hall and restrooms will be prominently posted.

- Booths have a full curtain in the back but only low curtains on each side. Please keep the sound level of your projects low enough so as not to disturb other presentations.
- Remember to mind your students. They are your responsibility, both on the bus and at the showcase.
- Please set up and take down your equipment on time and clean up any mess in your area.

MODEL & BUS RELEASES
- Please alert us if you have students who cannot have their pictures taken. We do not use names with pictures or video posted to the Internet.
- Permission slips are the school’s responsibility.

PRESENTERS Students should be available at the booth to explain and present their projects. They should:
- convey the process used to create the project
- demonstrate the final project, product, or acquired skills
Pictures or videos of the process may be included. |
WHAT TO BRING School will need to bring their own equipment:
- Computers, extensions cords, power strips, projectors....
- An LCD projector is highly recommended.
- Some type of screen that will fit within the booth area (or white paper to hang on the curtain).
- All materials relevant to the project(s) such as software, posters, photos and props.
- School promotional materials.
